Job Purpose
Act as the HRIS focal point at the Business Unit level, partnering with Group HRIS and vendors to implement Workday in the first 12 months.
After go-live, the role focuses on HR data analytics, HR performance measurement, and governance of Workday operations at the BU level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Workday Implementation (2026)
- Serve as the BU HRIS focal point for the Workday implementation project
- Collect, standardize, and translate BU HR business requirements into system solutions
- Participate in solution review, UAT, data validation, and go-live activities
- Ensure Workday configuration aligns with Group standards while meeting BU operational needs
2. HR Data & People Analytics (Post Go-live)
- Leverage Workday data to build HR reports and dashboards for management
- Analyze key HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, productivity, cost, and HR effectiveness
- Standardize HR metrics and ensure data consistency between the BU and the Group
3. Workday System Governance (BU Level)
- Monitor data quality, workflows, and access control within Workday at the BU level
- Coordinate with Group HRIS on change requests, enhancements, and system compliance
- Support BU users to ensure effective adoption and daily operation of Workday
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in HRIS, HR Data, HR Operations, or HR Analytics
- Hands-on experience in implementing or operating Workday (preferred: HCM, Absence, Reporting)
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and a data-driven mindset
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Good English communication skills (including teams from India).
