Position Objective
Deliver training programs and transfer knowledge and skills to employees, ensuring learners understand – can perform – can apply what they learn, while contributing to content standardization and the development of internal trainers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training programs directly, including onboarding, operational knowledge, and soft skills.
- Participate in developing and updating training materials, slides, and assessments.
- Evaluate learning outcomes and training quality.
- Coordinate uploading content to E-learning / Workday systems.
- Support the training, coaching, and mentoring of internal trainers, Store Managers, and Coaches
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; majors in Training, Management, or Human Resources are preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training, operations, or management.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and classroom management skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to travel when required.
