About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on supporting hiring needs across Head Office (HO) functions — including Finance, Marketing, IT, Operations, Legal, HR, and other corporate divisions.
In this role, you will be a key partner in ensuring we attract and onboard the right talent to fuel the company's growth, while helping to build a strong and recognized employer brand in the market.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Recruitment Execution
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies for HO positions.
- Post job openings across LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant channels; manage candidate pipelines actively.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews with relevant hiring stakeholders.
- Manage offer processes, including negotiation support and candidate communication.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipelining
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain a talent database/pipeline for key HO roles.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment events, and industry networking activities to expand the talent pool.
- Propose creative and cost-effective sourcing channels to improve recruitment efficiency.
3. Employer Branding
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives (online & offline) to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Contribute to content ideas for social media, LinkedIn, and career pages.
4. HR Administration & Onboarding Support
- Input new hire data into the HR Management System (HRMS) accurately and on time.
- Collect and hand over employee onboarding documents to the HR Operations team.
- Coordinate with the Training and HR Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new joiners.
5. Labour Relations & Candidate Advisory
- Respond to candidate and employee inquiries related to recruitment based on approved Q&A guidelines.
- Support resolution of recruitment-related labour relations matters.
6. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the HRMS and filing systems.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports and dashboards (Time-to-Fill, Source of Hire, Offer Acceptance Rate, etc.).
- Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to continuously improve hiring performance.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role, or 3+ years in an HR-related field.
- Proven experience recruiting for Head Office / corporate functions (Finance, Marketing, IT, Legal, HR, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good understanding of the labor market and recruitment trends, particularly in the retail or FMCG sector.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS/HRMS tools.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with recruitment data and reporting.
- Collaborative team player with a customer-service orientation toward internal stakeholders.
- Adaptable and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Languages
- English proficiency is a plus (Reading & Writing).
