Role Purpose:
Partner with the Group HR System team to implement and operate HR systems (Workday & SAP) at WinCommerce. Build and deliver HR data reports and dashboards to support fast, accurate, and business-aligned decision-making for Retail Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and administer Workday and SAP HR modules.

• Participate in UAT, data and process standardization, and provide post–Go-live support for Workday.

• Develop HR dashboards and reports based on actual operational needs.

• Monitor and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data across systems.

• Maintain data consistency and integration between Workday – SAP – BI.

• Manage user access rights and system permissions.

• Act as the technical support focal point for all HR system–related issues.
