Role Overview

We are looking for a high-potential Supply Chain Specialist to support and drive cross-functional initiatives across supply chain, operations, and system development. This role works closely with leadership to ensure effective execution of key projects, provide structured analysis, and maintain alignment across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Program driver: track initiatives, push execution, and ensure alignment across planning, logistics, tech, and finance teams.
• Product Management: together with senior leadership, contribute to the development and scaling of supply chain products (e.g., forecasting, replenishment, large-scale integrated E2E systems) from requirements to execution
• Supply Chain Analytics and Optimization: build structured analyses, and dashboards and models to support or automate decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level materials and directly support leadership in key decisions.
• Identify risks and proactively follow up with stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, consulting, or analytics roles
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
• High ownership and ability to drive execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with data and mathematical problem; strong Excel skills required, SQL/ Python or optimization tools is a plus.
• Clear and concise communication in English and Vietnamese; able to work across functions and influence stakeholders.
• Supply Chain and/or Math lover

Preferred Background

• Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain transformation projects.
• Background in consulting (strategy/operations) or high-performing analyst roles.
• Exposure to system implementation, automation, or data-driven operations.
