Job Description: Product Manager – Business Process Design
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Product Manager to join our team, focusing on designing and improving internal-facing products and workflows. This role will drive the development of tools that enhance operational efficiency across departments such as Commercial, HR , Finance and other departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong product sense, process mapping capability, and cross-functional collaboration experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Commercial, Finance, Operations) to identify needs and pain points in existing internal processes.
- Lead the product discovery and definition phase for new internal tools (e.g., recruitment management platforms, assortment decision engines).
- Define product roadmaps and translate business problems into well-scoped product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with tech, data, and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive user research, usability testing, and continuous improvement efforts based on feedback and data insights.
- Ensure solutions comply with internal governance and deliver measurable impact (e.g., reduced process time, improved data accuracy).
- Act as the product owner in agile ceremonies—sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, business process design, or digital transformation, ideally with exposure to internal tools or enterprise systems.
- Proven track record of launching or improving B2B/internal-facing products.
- Strong problem-solving and process analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and process design platforms (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro).
Preferred Experience
Experience working in tech companies; or large-scale retail, FMCG enterprise environments
