Objective:
- To support the HRBP team in implementing HR strategies, contributing to the company's business objectives.
- To learn and develop the necessary skills to become a professional HRBP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support performance management activities, including data collection, report compilation, and assisting in performance evaluations.
- Assist in labor relations management activities, including answering employee inquiries, and assisting in resolving arising issues.
Requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of HR areas.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Excel and presentations:
