Key Responsibilities:

• Design user interfaces and user experiences for internal and customer-facing web/app platforms (sales, inventory management, loyalty, etc.)
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma; support UI/UX testing before product launch
• Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure design feasibility
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and continuously improve designs based on feedback
• Work within an Agile/Scrum team structure to ensure smooth product delivery

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 UX/UI design experience, preferably in high-traffic web/app products
• Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.)
• Experience building and maintaining scalable design systems
• Strong understanding of user behavior and UX research methodologies
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively across teams
• Experience in retail, e-commerce, or operational system design is a big plus

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and ability to work effectively with developers
• Experience with motion design or animations in UI
• Familiarity with omnichannel retail experiences or cross-platform user journeys
