Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute seasonal/campaign-based promotional programs with relevant teams.
- Create and manage detailed program budgets (POSM, gifts, personnel, operations), controlling costs and ensuring proper financial settlement.
- Manage program timelines and execution, including POSM, product loading, PG training, and display setup.
- Oversee design, printing, and distribution of advertising materials, ensuring in-store displays meet brand standards.
- Monitor product presentation and propose initiatives to improve brand awareness and customer experience.
- Track and analyze sales data, evaluate program ROI and effectiveness, and recommend improvements for future campaigns.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position (have experience in retail or FMCG is preferred).
- Understand of consumer behavior, supermarket operations, and modern trade (MT).
- Proficient in English is preferred.
- Awareness of consumer and market trends.
- Strong planning, organization, and time management.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, digital and analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
