Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on business performance metrics for assigned categories, providing insights to support senior leadership in making or reviewing business decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of specific reports related to revenue, gross margin, inventory, spoilage by category, supplier, and other relevant operating expenses.
• Develop business models for assigned categories.
• Plan, review, and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs for assigned categories.
• Propose solutions to improve business performance for assigned categories in line with the company‘s strategic direction and support effective implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor‘s degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or 3 years of relevant experience in auditing, finance, or accounting. Big 4 experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are preferred: CPA or ACCA, CFA, CIMA, etc.
• Experience in the retail industry, particularly in the food sector, is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT) and experience with data analysis tools such as Power Query, Power BI, and SQL is a plus.
