I. JOB DESCRIPTION
Collaborate with the Sales Team to establish Distribution Networks.
Develop a Customer Program that includes Incentive and Consumption Programs, along with a Pricing structure for Key Accounts.
Partner with the Sales and Technical Teams to research the market and translate customer needs into actionable plans.
Work alongside the Functional Teams, such as Product, R&D, and Digital, to evaluate projects, develop new applications, and customize activities based on customer requirements.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Industrial and Culinary Customer Journey.
Assist in executing trade shows and customer events for the company.
II. REQUIREMENT
University graduate in business administrative, marketing, foreign trade, economics or Food Science.
At least 03 YOE in Marketing (FMCG Understanding or Market Research is preferred).
Strong analytical skills and business mindset
Good Excel and Power Point skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills, and negotiation.
