The Role

As Brand Marketing Lead, you will be the custodian of WinCommerce's brand identity — driving strategic brand initiatives, overseeing omnichannel brand presence, and leading a team of marketing specialists. You'll work closely with the Senior Brand Marketing Manager to shape how millions of customers experience our brand every day.


What You'll Do

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly brand marketing plans aligned with company strategy and revenue targets
  • Lead end-to-end campaign delivery across digital, in-store, and media channels — on time, on brief, and on budget
  • Track campaign performance and translate insights into continuous improvement actions

Brand Identity & Compliance

  • Own brand consistency across all customer touchpoints: in-store signage, digital platforms, print, TV, and partner channels
  • Review and approve vendor/partner marketing materials and advertising content for brand alignment
  • Monitor and manage brand visibility across digital channels and media outlets
  • Handle media-crisis risk situations and resolve complaints with professionalism and urgency

Event Management

  • Plan and execute brand events at stores, offices, and other company sites
  • Lead company-level events including supplier conferences, government delegations, and strategic partnership ceremonies

External Relations & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and commercial partners
  • Represent the brand in external engagements to create favorable conditions for business operations

Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Marketing Specialists
  • Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and build a high-performance team culture
  • Manage team budget (Opex), assets, and cross-functional collaboration

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years in brand marketing, market research, or consumer insights — retail or FMCG experience preferred
  • Solid understanding of quantitative & qualitative research methods
  • Experience in customer zone mapping and mystery shopper programs
  • Proficient in campaign management and marketing analytics
  • Familiar with digital marketing channels and content management
  • Proficient in English — reading, writing, listening, and speaking
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative thinker with a bias for action; confident decision-maker under pressure
  • Takes ownership, leads from the front, high accountability and integrity
